Itunube is proud to announce that the collective “SURTIDO” has been awarded with the Spanish prize “Ciudad de Barcelona 2010″ in the category of Design!!

Sandra Bautista, Managing Director and Designer from Itunube is member of the collective from its foundation.

The collective is created by different designers from all over Spain with Marc Morro as founder.

The Christmas window of the Chic & Basic Mayerling Hotel in Madrid has been designed by Itunube.

Inspired by the snow falling in a deep winter. A Christmas tree full of pure light. The flakes of the snow get bigger while falling and transformed into pillows. The pillows have written some words “listened” at the rooms of the hotel… I kiss you, sleep with me, hug me, happy, take a shower with me…

Fresh Flowers is a collection of flowers, it’s a different newspaper, it’s a way of having flowers on your table everyday.

How does it works:
1. Choose a flower.
2. Place it as the cover.
3. Make a roll with all pages together.
4. Put it in a vase.
5. And of course, don’t water it!

“Well done” is an annual report of the company Podravka and designed by Bruketa & Zinic some years ago. The concept is really nice:

You must bake part of the annual to be able to read the whole content because the book is printed with thermo-reactive inks, so ones it is baked at 100 degrees Celsius during 25 minutes, the heat of the oven, makes the images and text appear.
